The hands behind it
Meghana makes every piece here. The colour pairings, the way a bouquet is balanced, which flower sits where — all of it comes out of her head and gets set by hand, one petal at a time. Nothing is copied from a catalogue and nothing is mass produced.
It's her imagination the whole studio runs on. When you order, you're buying something she designed and made herself.
Our Story
Handcrafted floral art, made to be kept
MeShanvi Studio began at a kitchen table with a handful of ribbon, wire and a stubborn belief that a gift should outlive the occasion. Today every piece we make is still shaped entirely by hand — no moulds, no machines, no two bouquets exactly alike.
Our signature is the mini flower bouquet: a tiny, everlasting posy that turns an ordinary corner of a home into a small daily joy. Around it we've built a whole world of keepsakes for the moments that matter.
We work with companies, wedding planners, resident associations and families — from a single thoughtful gift to a thousand-piece bulk order. We handle corporate live events and birthday live events, popup stalls, bulk return gifts, gifts for every occasion, corporate return gifts, festival return gifts, any Indian event or regional function, and live event craft counters where guests watch their gift being made in front of them.

What is the minimum order?
There's no minimum online — order a single mini flower bouquet if you like. Bulk and return-gift pricing starts at 25 pieces, and the per-piece rate drops further at 100, 250 and 500 pieces.
How much lead time do you need?
Ready-made designs ship in 2–4 working days. Custom bulk orders need 10–15 days depending on quantity. Live event counters should be booked at least 2 weeks ahead — earlier during festival season, which fills up fast.
What happens at a live event counter?
We arrive with a styled counter, all materials and our artisans. Guests pick their flowers and colours, and we assemble the mini bouquet in front of them — usually 2–3 minutes per piece. Booked by the hour or half-day, priced on expected guest count.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship PAN India through trusted courier partners with protective packaging. Shipping is a flat ₹79, and free on orders above ₹1,500.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid only — pay securely at checkout by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Because every piece is assembled by hand after you order, we don't hold ready stock to ship on a COD basis.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product. Each piece is handmade to order, and the flowers and beadwork are delicate enough that they can't be restocked once they've left us.
We take this seriously in return: every order is checked and photographed before packing, and we use protective packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right. That's a courier issue, not a change of mind, and we'll always look after you on it.
Are the colours exactly as shown?
Very close, but screens vary and every piece is assembled by hand, so small differences in petal placement and shade are normal. That variation is the nature of handmade work rather than a fault — no two pieces are ever identical.
How do I pay?
Checkout accepts UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Bulk orders are quoted separately and take 50% advance to confirm, with the balance before dispatch.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every price on this site already includes 18% GST, so what you see is what you pay. A proper tax invoice is emailed to you automatically the moment payment goes through, with a PDF attached. Ordering for a company? Enter your GSTIN at checkout and it'll appear on the invoice so you can claim input credit. We're registered as MeShanvi Enterprises, GSTIN 29AKFPB2454A1ZQ.
Can you match my theme or brand colours?
Absolutely — that's most of what we do. Send us a colour reference, invitation card or brand palette and we'll match the flowers, ribbon and packaging to it. Logo tags and printed message cards are available too.
Are the bouquets durable?
Yes. The flowers are made from colour-fast materials on a sturdy base. Keep them out of direct sunlight and water and they'll stay bright for years — that's the whole point of a bouquet that never wilts.
Do you do custom personalisation?
We add names, dates, short messages and logos on tags or the base. Personalisation adds 2–3 days to the timeline and a small per-piece charge on large orders.
